Are you a Branch Manager with a background in Automotive Parts Sales, seeking a stable position within one of the UK's leading motor parts suppliers? Join an established branch, in a role that offers an attractive commission structure, allowing you to significantly enhance your earnings.
This company is one of the UK's market-leading distributors of replacement parts for cars and vans. They have 12 locations across the Midlands and South Yorkshire areas, with sales turnover surpassing £30 million. They aim to enhance staff skills through access to their in-house training academy and can offer increased benefits through long service.
In this dynamic role, you will take responsibility for driving the branch's growth and ensuring strong market penetration. Key duties include:
1. Tracking and reporting daily sales
2. Overseeing administrative and operational tasks
3. Working with other managers to identify new market opportunities
4. Leading and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed targets
The Role:
* Drive Sales and Business growth
* Working with MAM software
* Ensure H&S protocol and business values are maintained
* Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 / 08:30 - 17:30
* Alternate Saturday 08:00 - 13:00
The Person:
* Automotive Branch / Sales Managerial experience
* Motor Factor background is preferred
* Can work alternate weekends
* Commutable to Barnsley
