Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing. We are looking for a capable and customer focused Technical Assistant to join our team based in Dartford. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has some technical experience within drainage who would like to work within an office environment supporting with administration, scheduling and providing technical support to the Engineers. What does it entail? This is customer facing role where you will provide reception support and be the first point of contact for any general enquiries from external customers and internal stakeholders and Engineers. You will be involved with general administration across the business and providing general support to the rest of the team. This role requires someone who is confident, friendly and is focused on putting the customer first. What do we look for? Previous experience within drainage Previous experience within administration and/or customer service Ability to be flexible and adaptable, and able to think on your feet Resilience Customer focused, enthusiastic and a confident communicator Excellent written and verbal skills Competent IT skills and keyboard skills with the ability to multi-task Organised and able to prioritise Collaborative whilst able to work on your own unsupervised What will you get?
