Job responsibilities
Location: Swanage Salary: £14.70-£15.10 per hour Working Hours: 9.30am until 5.30 pm Monday - Friday and Sunday
Your Role
We have an opportunity for a Complex Care Assistant to join our new client in Swanage. The client is a female with diabetes, a stoma bag and gastrostomy so experience with glucose management, stoma care and gastrostomy management are preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing personal care tailored to the needs of the client.
* Supporting client with medication administration, personal care and companionship.
* Ensuring the client’s comfort, safety, and overall well-being throughout your shift.
Building a connection with the people you care for is central to the role. You’ll need patience, empathy, and flexibility to connect with individuals on their level and provide the support they need. In addition, the physical aspect of care will be a part of your responsibilities, requiring stamina and attention to detail.

* Experience in complex care desirable but can be trained.
