Job summary
The Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) for the Transthyretin Amyloidosis (ATTR-CM) to provide care for patients with TTR, coordinate nurse led clinics, organise delivery and administration of specialist treatments and coordinate research activity forthe national caseload of patients with ATTR-CM.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will act as an expert in the disease area. Working within the UK's national referral centre, you will provide a nurse led service. This will include coordination of specialised therapeutics and investigations, providing an advisory service throughout the Trust and nationally to patients and healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients with this disease.
