Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced IT Second Line Support Engineer to provide technical support, manage ERP systems, and maintain IT infrastructure. You’ll resolve user issues, optimize system performance, and support network administration in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service Desk Support: Resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
2. ERP Support: Maintain and troubleshoot ERP systems, manage user access, and collaborate on updates.
3. Systems Admin: Manage servers, desktops, and system software; monitor performance and ensure security.
4. Network Admin: Support network infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement security protocols.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Experience with any ERP systems (Nice to have)
2. Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 environment.
3. Strong understanding of Windows environments
4. Nice to have VMware.
5. Ability to work under pressure and delegate tasks.
6. Experience working in Manufacturing, Food & Beverages, Food Produce, Wholesale.
7. Driving license and access to own car.
