Are you an ambitious sales professional with a passion for events and media? Do you have a proven track record in sponsorship or delegate sales? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing international business with a strong portfolio of industry-leading events and media offerings.
The Role:
We are seeking a Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of established and launch events, as well as a growing publishing arm. You’ll be responsible for securing multi-tiered sponsorship packages, working with both existing clients and new prospects across the UK, Europe, North America, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
* Selling tailored sponsorship packages to both new and existing clients.
* Proactively identifying and engaging key decision-makers in relevant industries.
* Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
* Maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their business needs, and providing creative solutions.
* Collaborating closely with marketing, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
* Managing sales pipelines and providing accurate forecasts.
* Representing the company at events, networking, and ensuring sponsor satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in sponsorship or delegate sales within events, media, or publishing.
* A consultative sales approach with the ability to spot and capitalize on sponsorship opportunities.
* A strong new business drive while also nurturing existing client relationships.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
* A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
* Strong organizational and forecasting abilities.
