Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team on a temporary contract. This role is due to workload and also to cover absence. Our client requires someone who can ‘hit the ground running’ within their team. This role will offer autonomy and will be coaching and supporting the managers of the business. It’s a hybrid role, so is flexible and depending on the needs of the role/business will determine the days in the office. Job Description for the HR Advisor role is as follows: To provide an efficient HR service to managers and colleagues Offer support to managers on a variety of employee relations topics To actively support and coach managers To work on various projects, which will cover continuous improvement Manage HR queries relating to absence, disciplinary, performance management, etc We would love to see HR Advisors with the following experience: Proven HR experience Ideally CIPD qualified – or working towards a qualification Employee relations experience covering a wide range of areas would be advantageous Strong organisational skills Strong communicator HR systems or ATS systems experience an advantage Strong team player Hours: Monday – Friday 37 hours per week Salary: £35,000 pro rata Brampton Recruitment are an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
