The Role
Are you looking for an exciting and rewarding role where you can make a real impact on the management and development of a local authority’s property portfolio? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Asset Management Officer to join our team and play a key role in the delivery of the Strategic Asset Management Plan and individual Service Asset Management Plans.
As an Asset Management Officer, you will work closely with service managers to understand their property needs and deliver tailored solutions, including office moves and relocations. You will be a key member of the team at the forefront of managing the council’s operational property portfolio, providing advice and support to ensure that all property-related services are efficiently delivered. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to high-level projects and gaining valuable experience in asset management.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in property management or a related field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual with great organisational and problem-solving abilities. Your analytical skills and experience working with data will be crucial, as will your ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
