Shifts for Team Leader:
06:00 to 14:00 one week
Occasional Saturdays as required by the business
Pay:
£14.66ph after 12 weeks
£18.32ph for overtime (after 40 hours per week)
Paid weekly
Main Duties of Team Leader:
Managing a small team of operators
Inventory control and stock checking
Supervising the warehouse
Maintaining company health and safety standards
Reporting issues to management
Motivating, training and encouraging your team
This is a temp to perm role, so after successfully completing a 12 week probationary period, (during which time you will be employed by our agency), you will move to a permanent contract with our client.
