In the role of Sales & Events Manager, you will assist the sales and event management efforts, ensuring the smooth booking and flawless execution of events in the venue. You'll collaborate closely with clients to grasp their event requirements, effectively promote the venue and services, and guarantee that every event unfolds seamlessly.
To excel in this role, you should possess a robust sales background, outstanding organisational abilities, and experience managing large-scale events or multiple locations. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who has previously worked in large-scale or multi-site event venues.

* Manageanddevelopastrongsalespipeline,ensuringconsistentbookingofeventsandexceedingsalestargets.
* Respondtoinquiries,providesitetours,andcreatetailoredproposalsbasedonclientneedsandeventrequirements.
* Buildlong-termrelationshipswithclientsandensureahighlevelofcustomersatisfaction,withafocusonrepeatbusinessandreferrals.
* Negotiatecontractsandmanagebookings,ensuringalltermsareagreeduponandcleartobothparties.
* Collaboratewiththemarketingteamtoensurethatourvenuesprofileisconsistentlyelevatedthroughtargetedcampaignsandsocialmediaoutreach.
* Takeownershipoftheeventmanagementprocessfromstarttofinish,ensuringeverydetailishandledandtheclientsvisionisbroughttolife.
* Overseelogisticsforlarge-scaleevents,multi-daybookings,andsimultaneousevents,ensuringsmoothoperationacrossallspaces.
* Coordinatewithinternalteams(operations,catering,technical,etc.)toensureallclientrequirementsaremetandtheeventrunssmoothly.
* Manageon-siteclientrelationsduringevents,handlinganyissuesorrequestsquicklyandefficientlytomaintainahighlevelofclientsatisfaction.
* Ensurealleventsareexecutedaccordingtosafetyregulations,venuepolicies,andhealth&safetystandards.
* Supportandguidejunioreventcoordinatorsoreventassistantsintheirday-to-dayresponsibilities,fosteringacollaborativeenvironment.
* Workcloselywiththeoperationsandtechnicalteamstoensurethateacheventisexecutedtothehigheststandard.
* Providepost-eventfeedbacktoclientsandinternalteams,identifyingareasforimprovementandbuildingonsuccessesforfutureevents.
Skills&Experience:
* 3-5yearsofexperienceinsalesandeventsmanagement,preferablyinalarge-scaleormulti-sitevenueenvironment.
* Experienceinsocialvenues,experientialevents,orsimilareventsectorsishighlydesirablebutnotessential.
* Proventrackrecordinsalesandbusinessdevelopment,withastrongfocusondrivingrevenueandmanagingclientrelationships.
* Excellentorganisationalskillsandtheabilitytomanagemultipleeventssimultaneously,withexceptionalattentiontodetail.
* Abilitytoworkwellunderpressure,ensuringdeadlinesaremetandclientexpectationsareexceeded.
* Strongcommunicationandnegotiationskills,withaclient-focusedapproach.
* Knowledgeofvenueoperations,AV,technicalrequirements,andeventlogistics.
* Proficiencywitheventmanagementsoftware,CRMsystems,andMicrosoftOfficeSuite.
* Acreativeandproactiveapproachtoproblem-solvingandeventexecution.
