As an Owners' Lounge Host, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for our owners, providing a personalised service and ensuring their visits are memorable. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy building connections, this role is ideal for you.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet owners warmly, building rapport and ensuring a positive lounge experience.
2. Provide information on events, activities, and amenities, helping owners make the most of their stay.
3. Act as a point of contact for owner queries, offering friendly and efficient assistance.
4. Support the owner services team in creating a sense of community within the owner's lounge.
5. Sell spa and gym memberships and maintain the member database.
6. Ensure only registered members are using the facilities.
7. Ensure that high levels of cleanliness and maintenance are met at all times, liaising with correct departments as necessary.
8. Rotate and stock count towels and robes as necessary.
9. Undertake admin responsibilities and computer-based admin tasks.
10. Be present at owner events as requested by the Events Coordinator.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in a hospitality or customer service role is beneficial.
2. Friendly, personable, and confident in interacting with guests of all ages.
3. Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach.
5. Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
