The Land CEMA Programme delivers defensive and offensive cyber and electromagnetic activity, electronic countermeasures and electronic warfare and signals intelligence capabilities, while integrating people with these CEMA capabilities. It has three themes: Protect upskilling people with defensive cyber skills, while improving our defensive cyber capabilities and modernised electronic countermeasures to operate in a hostile cyber and electromagnetic domain. Understand deepening our understanding of our adversaries, using enhanced electronic sensors, survey tools and collection and exploitation of national intelligence. Effect developing effects to deceive, deny, disrupt and degrade the key capabilities of our adversaries on land or in the cyber and electromagnetic domain. This position is advertised at 37 hours per week. Job description This is an exciting time to join the Army Programmes directorate as we seek to employ Project Delivery professionals to enhance our existing teams, making a significant contribution to Defence and the Nation. The electronic warfare sub programme will equip specialist users across the land environment with state of the art capabilities to understand and effect our adversaries in the electro-magnetic domain. This is a project manager post, working in a combined military and civil service team to: Manage requirements, risks and issues. Lead the production of business cases with supporting evidence. Run capability integration working groups. Co-ordinate Departmental Lines of Development (DLODs) activity to support fielding the capability including equipment, infrastructure, logistics, doctrine. Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and brief at programme boards. We will be looking to utilise a reserve list from this campaign.
