Requirements for the Deputy Home Manager (Residential Care):
* Level 3 Health Social Care or above
* Previous leadership and management experience within an elderly care setting

Duties and Responsibilities of a Deputy Home Manager (Residential Care):
* Supporting and deputising for the Registered/Care Manager
* Mentoring and assisting junior members of staff
* Creating and updating personalized care plans
* Collaborating with patients' families, friends, and social supports in developing treatment plans.
* Assisting with the recruitment of the service
* Interacting with healthcare providers to facilitate patients' treatments.
* Ensuring patients' treatment requirements are met.
* Conducting regular follow-ups with patients to evaluate progress, promote continuity of care, and ensure improved health outcomes.
* Maintaining service user's records
