This provider is opening a 2 bedded LD service for children and has investment to open up to 7 others once the houses are running well. This has led to a genuine opportunity to advance into a Regional Management position with 6-12 months once the house is open and running well.
Benefits Package:
* Up to £60,000

* Regional / Operations Manager position in maximum 12 months
Children’s Home Manager Requirements:
* Children’s Residential experience
* NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards)
* Experience supervising a team in this setting as a Registered Manager
* Good rating with Ofsted
As Children’s Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running for a dual bedded LD house working for a company run by a previous Interim Consultant. These new houses are due to open in the next 2/3 months as they have been Ofsted approved already.
You will alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life for disadvantaged children who have Learning Disabilities, all this whilst working directly for the owner of the company and giving yourself the best possible chance to grow with the company.
