Our Client, a reputable and expanding law firm, is seeking experienced Family Legal Secretaries to join their Family department in both the Oxford and Gerrards Cross offices. The successful candidates will assist and support the team with secretarial and administrative duties, ensuring smooth operations within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Audio and copy typing of all correspondence, including letters, legal forms, and quotes.
2. Answering telephone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
3. Undertaking administrative duties such as photocopying and updating client details.
4. Arranging appointments and handling client interactions professionally.
5. Accessing and inputting data into the firm’s client case management system.
6. Handling all confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience working as a Legal Secretary.
2. Excellent technical skills, including a fast and accurate typing speed.
3. Ability to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
4. Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly, and outgoing manner, both over the phone and in person.
5. Keen attention to detail.
