Portsmouth Water are on the search for a Project Administrator who will provide essential administrative support to the Capital Programme Assurance team and the wider Asset Directorate, helping ensure smooth governance processes, effective meeting coordination, and overall project support. This includes managing diaries, organizing key meetings, and handling financial logging and commercial assurance documentation. The role will also assist with administrative activities related to asset investment planning. By supporting the Asset Directorate team, this role helps Portsmouth Water achieve its strategic goals and deliver exceptional customer service. The Project Administrator will contribute to both short-term and long-term project planning, ensuring effective execution of initiatives and alignment with the company s vision for the future. What will you be doing? Key Responsibilities Assist the PMO Lead in managing governance processes and documentation. Coordinate the risk and value process meetings and ensure associated documentation is prepared and delivered by the relevant teams Coordinate and schedule governance meetings, ensuring all required materials are prepared in advance. Take minutes, track actions, and follow up on deliverables to support governance efficiency. Maintain records of approvals, ensuring compliance with governance requirements. Provide diary management, scheduling, and administrative support across key functions at the Asset Leadership Team (ALT) level. Organise and manage meeting logistics, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Handle correspondence, document preparation, and general administrative duties as required. Support the commercial assurance teams by logging financials related to capital delivery approvals. Maintain financial tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist in processing financial documentation and liaising with relevant stakeholders. Provide administrative support for asset planning activities. Assist in the preparation of reports, data entry, and coordination of planning documentation. Work closely with internal teams to support asset management processes. What do you need?
