We have an exciting new opportunity to join our team as a Service Delivery Manager. This is a new role that will directly contribute to the levels of service we offer our clients and customers. You will be working across an area of the country covering up to 4 depots, taking ownership of the compliance and governance relationship between the company and its sub-contracted delivery partners, including ensuring they are trained to high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Sub-contractor vetting
2. Conduct training of new sub-contractors including onsite/offsite
3. Onboarding subcontractors with all necessary documents including training sign-offs
4. Manage and control contractor compliance including Contractual/Insurance/DBS/Right to work
5. Develop new training material in line with new products/clients
6. Manage training timetable
7. Work with key stakeholders to develop new onboarding training material
8. Collaborate with National Contract Manager in developing new sub-contractor audit document
9. Work with National Contract Manager and key stakeholders in developing a performance reporting document which includes claims/enquiries/delivery performance
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with the depot, namely the Depot Manager, and key stakeholders across the organisation through effective communication skills resulting in understanding of requirements/performance of our sub-contractor network
11. Cost leadership and driving financial control through cost control of uplift payment, authorising/rejecting payment requests from our sub-contractors
12. Conduct monthly/weekly meetings with our sub-contractors which include performance/claims/documentation audits
Skills and Experience
1. Previous experience of coaching, supporting and motivating colleagues
2. Confident in the ability to deliver training to groups at high standards
3. Problem solving, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
6. Experience collaborating across different departments
7. Experience in handling multi-site operations
8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
9. Driven to meet time deadlines and complete tasks thoroughly
10. Ability to coordinate between departments
