Job Description
The Care Companion role includes:
* Visiting regular clients, in their homes for a minimum of 1 hour to support with a variety of needs including, but not limited to meal preparation, emotional wellbeing, social events and trips out in the community.
* Communicating with families and nurses as part of the care team if required.
* Being creative in ways that can help enhance and bring joy to someone’s life.
* Participating in quarterly team meetings to support each other in our roles.

Qualifications
* Full Driving Licence and means of transport is required.
* Fluent in writing and speaking English Language
