Job Description
Our Care Assistants are extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. They follow individual care plans and help with tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework. They also assist with personal care and help clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet, and support with their medication.

Requirements
You don't need any social care experience to be a Care Assistant. We're more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You'll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
