We are looking for Exam Invigilators for the upcoming exams at St David's Catholic College. Please only apply if you are certain you will be available. SHIFTS - Wednesday 26th March (08:45 - 16:30/17:00 and 10:00 - 14:15) - Friday 28th March (09:00 - 11:00) - Wednesday 2nd April (08:45 - 13:45 and 09:45 - 11:45) - Friday 4th April (09:00 - 12:00) Please confirm which dates AND times you are available for in your application. This work will involve: The general supervision of candidates to ensure no malpractice during the examination period Handing out extra answer booklets Ensuring mobile phones, iPods, earphones etc. are handed in before the start of the examination Any other duties that may be required during the period of the exam being supervised. Attendance is imperative, as without enough invigilators, exams will have to be cancelled. Please only apply if you are certain you will be available. Person Specification DBS essential - please state in your application if you have a current DBS check. Jobshop do not have the capacity to complete these for you, so you must already have one. You will be required to send us a copy of your DBS check before we book you in for any shifts. Previous experience in invigilation or a school environment is desirable. Online training provided - 1 hour, paid (If not previously completed). There is limited parking available on site. Applications: 1. Confirm you are available for stated shifts, you must be available for the whole shift 2. Include details of any relevant previous experience, particularly if you have invigilated before 3. State if you would be happy to be added to a pool of reserve invigilators to cover last minute cancellations 4. Confirm that you have a current DBS check - due to college rules, a current DBS is an essential requirement.
