We are recruiting for the role of Support and Service Administrator in our team.
This role is part of a team that works flexibly, as our teams work flexibly and remotely, your proximity to the office doesn’t always have to be a critical consideration.

* Provide professional and responsive IT assistance, including complaint management, problem resolution, and escalation to third-party vendors and service providers.
* Use service data to proactively identify and promote service changes that will help the IT operations team provide an effective and efficient service.
* Understand the organisation's dedication to child protection as well as to assist and participate in broad organisational operations to fulfil legal and professional obligations concerning safeguarding of children.
… and what we’re looking for.
* Experience of providing IT advice and guidance to a range of users at all levels.
* Excellent personal IT skills, including an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Effective written and oral communication skills with ability to relate to a wide variety of different audiences
* Self-motivated, organised and able to plan and prioritise effectively, in order to manage and deliver competing deadline.
* Not essential but desirable to have knowledge of ITIL Version 4 foundation.
