Galvin is a unique collection of restaurants, sharing a common ideal: high quality cuisine, luxurious surroundings, warm and hospitable professionals and respect.
We source and buy our seasonal ingredients daily and look to maximise their potential, treating them with the attention and care they demand. Our wines and beverages are hand selected from the finest producers.
When it comes to our customers, our belief is clear. Great service means caring enough to have another’s comfort and wellbeing at heart.
Ultimately we care about every detail. It’s what has defined our approach in each of our restaurants from the very beginning.
Galvin Green Man, Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded pub, is a return home for Michelin starred Essex-born brothers, Chris and Jeff Galvin.
