We are seeking a Primary Nurture Teacher to join our outstanding team, supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school. If you are adaptive, empathetic, and driven by the desire to help every child reach their full potential — this is the role for you About the Role As a Primary Nurture Teacher, you will: Deliver a tailored curriculum to meet the needs of students with complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, PMLD, and other neurodiverse conditions. Create a safe, consistent, and nurturing learning environment where students feel valued and supported. Develop individualised learning plans to support both academic progress and emotional development. Integrate literacy into daily learning by encouraging students to express themselves through writing, storytelling, and communication. Build strong, trusting relationships with students, helping them develop confidence and emotional resilience. Work closely with a skilled and supportive team, including therapists and support staff, to adapt strategies and approaches. Encourage sensory exploration and creative expression to support engagement and learning. Provide a consistent and structured routine to help students feel secure and engaged in their learning. What We’re Looking For A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience or a strong interest in working with EYFS, KS1, and KS2 students. A passion for working with children with diverse and complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, and PMLD. A commitment to consistency and authenticity in your teaching style.
