What you will be doing This role is responsible for the coordination of all leasing activities and contract compliance in Ricoh UK. It uses professional concepts to resolve complex issues in a creative, effective & compliant manner. Ensuring that contracted business and tenders adhere to company finance policy and meet commercially set requirements. To assist the Sales and Service divisions in driving the new business wins by setting and approving lease rates across RUK and RIE, whilst auditing system contracts/pricing to ensure they are processed accurately and in line with the rates set leading to the achievement of financial budgets. Working in conjunction with Ricoh Europe/Group Legal and acting as a primary contact with Sales, Contract Authoring teams and Order Administration, ensuring contract governance and compliance is maintained in line with UK finance related legislation (FCA & FLA) and Group Finance Policy. Responsible for creating and maintaining of manual contract documentation including updating of URL (T's & C's) and launching to Sales. Periodically deliver the necessary 'Commercial Contracts & Compliant Processing' training and development of new and established sales and administrative employees to ensure compliance is upheld. To perform a monthly review of the price increases on service contracts, to ensure they are in line with the original contract documentation. Approving all new/amended contracts that get entered into the Nuance tool to ensure compliance with the legal contracts going forward. To support revenue recognition in conjunction with the RBS team to control and approve all valid invoice credits. Liaise with Credit Control and Sales to agree joint actions with RCAP for arrears/breached contracts and mitigation of bad debt via re-sale of contracted assets. Assist in recovery of 3rd party funder debt by investigating and proposing resolutions to ensure compliance and debt is reduced. You will ideally have Ideally degree educated or equivalent professional qualification Proven experience within a Commercial Finance / Contract / legal background Ability to price financial transactions Ability to mitigate customer credit risk, document risk or other structural risk.
