About us
Chapter House is a 24-hour supported housing project based in West Bromwich, providing temporary accommodation for single homeless people who have support needs, with each person’s stay lasting up to one year.
GSA has policies in place ensuring that each person living within their property receives equal opportunities, support, and a chance to improve their lifestyle.
About the Service
Members of staff work with clients as their keyworker. Clients collaborate with their keyworker to demonstrate that they are meeting their support needs and can maintain their tenancies, enabling them to transition to independent accommodation.
The keyworker assists each client in identifying their support needs and empowers them to acquire the skills necessary to achieve their objectives, as outlined in the support plan, which is reviewed monthly.
