Day to day, you will be taking calls and floor walking, covering 2nd to 3rd line tickets and issues with the infrastructure. Key responsibilities include: -Supporting users and resolving technical issues in Microsoft Windows. Setting up, configuring, and upgrading Microsoft Windows servers. Performing hardware and software upgrades. Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with other teams. Producing and reviewing all levels of design artifacts. Supporting wider system testing activities. Working with Service Management to resolve issues. Essential Skills Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Effective communication and collaboration skills Familiarity with server automation tools and techniques for Windows environment Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
