We are working with a leading company in Peterborough who help their customers manage their finances and provide long-term, sustainable solutions so that they can fulfill their financial goals.
Due to continued growth and expansion, an Accounts Administrator role has now become available to provide additional support to the Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will have experience within purchase & sales ledger; however, more junior applicants will be considered as this is a progressive role.
What's involved for the Accounts Administrator:
1. Managing the sales & purchase ledger
2. Process payments as well as invoices
3. Reconciliations
4. Assist with VAT returns
5. Daily cash reporting
6. Process staff expenses
7. General accounts and office filing
What you'll need:
1. Accounting experience
2. AAT level 2 or equivalent IDEAL
3. Strong Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
4. Working knowledge of an Accounting Package would be advantageous
5. Fast thinking and extremely well organized
6. The ability to work off your own initiative & troubleshoot
7. Excellent attention to detail

This is a Full-time, permanent Accounts Administrator role, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
