Summary
Yarm Primary Academy are looking for an apprentice to achieve the Teaching assistant level 3 - duties include supporting school staff in setting up classroom activities, working with children with special needs, overseeing larger groups during lessons and break times and supporting school staff with all aspects of the school day.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
* To report to the teacher the progress of individual children.
* To be aware of the individual learning needs of children, and to deliver a program of work.
* To prepare resources and tasks.
* To keep accurate records of assessments of the children.
* To be involved in delivering exciting and stimulating learning experiences.
* Monitor and evaluate pupil’s response to learning activities through observations and feedback.
