Job Description
* Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
* Proactively direct source talent using a range of headhunting techniques
* Conduct initial screening of CV'S and applications to assess candidate suitability and match them with job requirements.
* Assist in coordinating interviews alongside offers / feedback sessions
* Managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
* Engage with candidates through phone screenings, email communication, and other appropriate channels to gauge interest and availability.
* Plan and attend site recruitment open days
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and records in the applicant tracking system
* Have great rapport with candidates from the initial telephone screening through to offer, delivering an extraordinary candidate experience every time.
* Build talent pipelines for any future opportunities.
Qualifications
* Ability to support the Talent Acquisition Partner and recruitment function assisting with finding new talent
* Proven success within a sourcing or recruitment role, preferably within the FMCG sector
* Familiarity and proven success using various sourcing techniques and tools.
* Good time management and ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple vacancies together
* A creative mind-set to engage with the best talent, to complement our team via multiple channels and resources
* Energy to be an ambassador and build brand awareness while working on diverse talent attraction strategies
* Strong communication skills - you'll be speaking with lots of candidates every day
* Proficiency in using social media platforms, professional networking sites, and job boards for candidate sourcing.
* A proactive and results-driven mindset.
