About the role:
* Monday to Friday 8.00 am – 5.00 pm. 40 hours per week
* Reporting to Head of Sales & Marketing
* £Negotiable salary

As an integral part of the marketing department, you will effectively coordinating all marketing activities in line with the sales and business development strategy. Duties will include:
* Develop and execute marketing plans by sector and region, overseeing all marketing activities
* Manage the marketing budget with the Head of Sales & Marketing, ensuring maximum ROI
* Continuously enhance the website and online presence for brand visibility and lead generation, including analysis of Google Analytics and AdWords
* Organise and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and site visits as needed
* Create promotional and advertising plans for Agricultural, Building, and Civil Infrastructure sectors
* Design innovative communication tools
* Support new product development by researching customer needs and identifying value-added opportunities
* Conduct customer surveys to improve service and identify areas for enhancement
* Analyse marketing data, providing reports and insights
* Perform research on target markets, market share, and competitors to identify business opportunities
* Maintain and follow up on databases of potential business leads
* Support the commercial department with administrative tasks
Criteria:
* Third level education or equivalent experience in Marketing
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Experience in online marketing and social media
* Ability to collaborate with others
* Excellent IT skills & experience in related software packages
* Creative approach and ability to bring new ideas
* Strong initiative and organisational skills with ability to prioritise
