We are looking to appoint a skilled and dynamic Project Manager Construction to support our expanding business. You will be joining a forward-thinking team, taking the lead in managing the construction elements of projects valued up to £1m from inception to completion. This role requires you to ensure all works are delivered within agreed timescales, meet high-quality standards, and strictly adhere to health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team to ensure all activities conform to quality, environmental, and safety standards. Provide expert guidance and direction to ensure excellence in project delivery. Oversee and control on-site construction activities, ensuring progress aligns with the project plan. Contribute to the overall planning and programming of the build process. Manage general construction works and liaise with subcontracted specialists. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual agreements and industry best practices. Attend site meetings, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and provide progress reports. Chair and document subcontractor meetings. Record and report key project metrics to the management team. Provide operational support, reviewing procedures, and implementing best practices and new initiatives. Highly organised and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. Client-focused, with strong communication skills to maintain effective client relationships. Strong commitment to health and safety practices. Commercial awareness and financial acumen. Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or a related field.
