Civils Contracts Manager

This role requires a dedicated and experienced professional to manage civil contracts from inception to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction law, contract administration, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage civil contracts across various projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

* Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

* Prepare and review contractual documents, including tender submissions, agreements, and variations.

Requirements:

* A relevant degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in civil contract management, preferably within the UK construction industry.

* Strong understanding of construction law, contract administration, and project management principles.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: £72,500 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience + comprehensive benefits package.

Location: Bury St Edmunds, East Anglia, UK.

Working Hours: 07:30am - 05:00pm, Monday to Friday.
