We have a vacancy for a Parts Assistant in our Agricultural Parts Department working at our Eltisley depot.

Working as part of a team, you will be serving the busy workshop as well as retail customers, using Ibcos Gold, CaseIH, and other computerized parts ordering systems. This is a customer-facing role, so excellent communication skills are vital in responding to and dealing with customer enquiries and orders with efficiency and professionalism, to meet ever-increasing expectations.
The successful candidate will have some experience, be enthusiastic, conscientious, and prepared to work long hours when the seasons demand. Computer literacy is essential as is a good driving history.
Job Role:
1. Support the Depot Parts Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the Parts Department.
2. Maintain and follow appropriate processes to ensure accurate goods in and out, stock management, invoicing, and sales to both external and internal customers.
3. Organize the depot showroom in order to effectively sell and influence customer buying decisions to maximize profitability.
4. Deliver a first-class customer experience through following an appropriate sales process and having detailed product knowledge in conjunction with excellent customer relationship skills.
5. Able to cover the core hours of 8 am-5 pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday morning along with the ability to work extended hours during peak seasonal periods and provide cover at other Depots as required.
