LNT Construction Limited, part of LNT Care Developments, is looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
Job Summary:
Support the daily transactional running of Purchase Ledger tasks to ensure the continuous operation of LNT sites.
Responsibilities:
1. Process invoices onto Sage 200, matching with purchase orders and delivery notes.
2. Request and chase up approvals of invoices.
3. Follow controls ensuring proof of delivery/approvals are captured.
4. Support in daily monitoring of the email inbox.
5. Reconcile statements, requesting documents where required.
6. Deal with supplier queries and escalate where necessary.
7. Ad hoc projects as requested by the Purchase Ledger Manager and senior finance team.
Experience & Knowledge:
1. Good organisational skills.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Ability to work under pressure and adhere to time constraints.
4. Experience of 2-way and 3-way match.
5. Sage 200 experience.
6. Prior construction experience.
