Role: Client Manager
Location: Milton Keynes
Base Salary: Up to £30,000 + Commission + Car Allowance

Position Overview:
The Client Manager will maintain and grow our relationship with a list of existing clients as identified by the Head of Sales. They are responsible for building strong relationships with key contacts and acting as the interface between the client and our Service Delivery function. The role involves managing client accounts, dealing with enquiries and working closely with our Service Delivery teams to help manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact.
2. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates and gather feedback.
3. Schedule and attend regular service review meetings remotely and in person at client or Mirus offices. This involves sharing meeting notes and follow-up actions.
4. Feedback any client concerns or problems to our Service Delivery teams and work with them to help ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
5. Work with other departments such as Accounts, Procurement and Professional Services to deal with issues and requests.
6. Develop customer accounts by identifying and following up on sales opportunities and promoting the Mirus portfolio of products and services.
7. Review service profit information provided by the Accounts department to highlight any clients that are overusing services against their contracted rate and help to address it.
8. Keep up to date with developments in the IT world and Microsoft ecosystem to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
9. Ensure all client contact information and sales opportunities are logged and detailed within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
10. Follow sales processes and procedures outlined by the Head of Sales to maintain standards, as well as suggest improvements.
11. Achieve all set targets as determined by the business.

1. Experience of managing a set list of SME clients.
2. Experience of being in a client-facing role.
3. Consultative approach to dealing with clients.
4. Analyse, specify and scope customer solutions in partnership with Solutions Expert.
5. Proactive, practical approach to work.
6. Strong creative, strategic, analytical and organisational skills.
7. Can do attitude.
8. Able to manage own workload and priorities.
9. Able to work both within a team and using own initiative.
10. Ability to work in an environment with frequently changing priorities.
