1. Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or face-to-face
2. Providing product information and advice to customers

4. Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
5. Liaising with other departments to resolve customer complaints
6. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
