This role will require Lead Salesforce Consultant experience coupled with confidence and desire to secure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects as well as creating long-term services for our Salesforce customers.

As an Alscient Salesforce Lead we expect you to hit the ground running, you will be a self-motivated, excellent communicator with extensive technical lead experience, keen to make a difference and progress to the next stage in your career.
You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and be confident leading on all types of Salesforce projects and solutions, providing technical expertise, team guidance and mentorship as well as effective budgetary control.
We want our Lead Salesforce Consultants to be ‘hands-on’ when necessary and be able to provide overall leadership when required, comfortable leading on customer engagements, acting as the main interface between the customer and team as well as the ability to deliver excellent communication within the team regarding management of tasks, risks, and issues.

You will have:
* At least 4 years’ experience of performing in a Lead/Senior Salesforce Consultant role.
* Technical platform experience, supported by appropriate Salesforce certifications.
* Strong technical document authoring skills, with a real attention to detail.
* The ability to ensure that Salesforce solutions are architecturally sound, well designed, a good technical fit and of the required quality.
* Effective people and mentoring skills with the confidence to lead a team of skilled developers/consultants.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Capacity to understand and contribute to the technical solution.
* An evidenced track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce projects and services.
* Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong analytical skills with a passion for complex problem solving.
* A resourceful and professional curiosity, with a drive to find appropriate solutions.
* Experience and knowledge of AWS as well as Jira and Confluence tools would be advantageous.
