PXC’s ambition is to be the UK’s leading wholesale platform, and as part of that vision, the Supply & Partnerships team is responsible for leveraging the competitive supply opportunity and creating a unique market advantage for PXC and our partners. To achieve this, we are bringing more choice to our Partners with Alternative networks (Alt-Nets) to deliver FTTP and Ethernet at scale. To be successful, it’s imperative that we develop and establish strong relationships with new and current Alt-Nets.
This has created an opportunity for a talented professional to play a pivotal role as the Contract Manager for our new & existing Alt-Nets, supporting the negotiation & operationalising of commercial agreements and responsible for contract management.

2. Daily management of contractual obligations, including risk management, compliance & analysis on build plans.
3. Build good relationships and establish positive stakeholder management across all PXC teams.
4. Responsible for contractual improvements and simplification, ensuring we have processes in place to manage the commitments within the contracts.
5. Socialise the mechanics and principles of the contracts across all PXC teams, driving contractual adoption and adherence.
6. Review and simplify complex information and concepts and communicate internally (contractual and regulatory documentation).
7. E2E ownership of any contractual changes required for in-life commercial changes.
8. Collaborate with the finance, accounting and data teams to take a data-led approach to articulate problem statements and interpret financial statements and commercial KPIs.
9. Support the management and negotiations of commercial terms (both the initial set-up and the ongoing monitoring, benchmarking, and evaluation of commercial offers).
10. Align with finance and trading teams to agree Alt-Net forecasts in line with budget assumptions and contractual commitments.
11. Provide weekly updates on contractual commits, risks, issues, and escalations.
12. Provide thought leadership on key commercial initiatives.
13. Support accounting teams on invoicing and reconciliation.
14. Report to the Commercial & Engagement Director.
This is a highly visible role in a dynamic business with ambitious strategic plans. We are therefore looking for credible, highly talented candidates, who readily take responsibility and have proven ability.
We seek a professional who can build credible relationships with the experience and the ambition to drive growth and make a serious contribution to the success of PXC.
