Are you an experienced Senior Administrator who is well organised and used to working within a busy and fast paced sales environment? You will be working for a well-established business, in a small team and will be responsible for ensuring the sales office runs smoothly. There is a salary of up to £30,000 plus many benefits The Role: · Maintain, build and develop a trusted relationship with existing accounts · Advise new product lines and upsell current range · Resolve any issues or queries from customers · Have a full working knowledge of processes and procedures on a day to day basis within the office · Monitor sales and ensure orders are completed in a timely manner. · Take incoming calls and deal with customer orders/ enquiries · Ensure that complaints, issues and queries from both team and customers reach a successful and appropriate conclusion · Ensure holiday and sickness records are kept up to date · Ensure account records are kept up to date on CRM system · Monitor daily, weekly and monthly reports and action as necessary.
