Job title: Project Administrator
Location/remote: Aberdeen/ onsite with some flexibility
Hours: Mon-Fri, full time (37.5 hours per week)
Contract length: 6 Months, likely to extend
Pay rate: £13-£15 per hour PAYE

Overview
The project administrator will be supporting the operations manager and project engineers on various projects throughout the business.
Some Key Responsibilities:
1. Regularly updating systems – SAP, OnePM, Salesforce.
2. Creating Project Schedules.
3. Support/Manage all scheduling & labour planning for workshop capacity.
4. Raising of PO requisitions.
5. Liaising with third party vendors and suppliers, as necessary.
6. Arranging Collection & Delivery to/from customers and suppliers.
7. Collation and issue of final project reports.
8. Financial completion of projects.
9. Support workshop supervisor with input of timesheets.
What we’re looking for:
1. Previous experience in a project administrator role, within engineering or construction (or similar).
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Good team player, but also can work on own initiative.
4. Good understanding of production planning is preferred.
5. Commercial acumen is preferred.
6. Good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
7. Experience with SAP is preferred but not essential as training can be provided.
