Key Responsibilities:
✅ Process customer sales enquiries and orders, ensuring smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.
✅ Prepare and send quotations, negotiate delivery times, and manage order processing (input, acknowledgement, maintenance, and invoicing).
✅ Liaise with Sales Operations Planners and internal teams to coordinate orders efficiently.
✅ Handle export shipments, including liaising with carriers and completing transport documentation.
✅ Manage customer queries and complaints professionally, maintaining a positive brand reputation.
✅ Provide administrative support to Sales Operations Planners and assist with other sales operations tasks as required.
Essential Requirements:
✔ Higher Grade English and Nat 5 Maths (HNC in a business-related subject is advantageous).
✔ Strong administration skills and experience in sales or a similar role.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word at an intermediate level.
✔ Language skills are an advantage (preferably French, German, or Russian).
✔ Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
