About you:
* Proven experience in HR within luxury hospitality, ideally in hotels.
* Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a hands-on and approachable style.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Based locally or within a reasonable commute to St Albans.
