If so we would love to hear from you We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive sales of IPTV, digital signage, and engagement solutions to stadiums, venues, accommodation and transport hubs across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of digital media solutions within the sports, entertainment, accommodation or transportation sectors. This role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. What you’ll do: Champion VITEC products and grow and develop the position of VITEC as the IPTV solution of choice within - UK stadiums, venues, accommodation and transportation markets. Demonstrate success of managing and owning the full sales lifecycle. Develop and manage channel partners and end user accounts to expand sales reach. Develop relationships with potential & existing End User’s customers, particularly where potential for roll out to multiple facilities either locally or Internationally. Set out partner path to success – including delivering sales & technical training and using demonstration equipment. Engage with Partners in the system design, delivery and support of VITEC IPTV solutions, together with the local Solutions Consultant Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IPTV, digital signage, and fan experience technologies, and be able to demonstrate their value in enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency. Forecast monthly / quarterly / annual sales volume for each partner. About You: Have existing relationships and previous experience of the UK market, particularly in venues such as stadiums, hotels or transportation hubs, would be an advantage Have existing relationships with top IP/AV integrators and end users Have experience managing channel partner accounts within the Audio-Visual industry Be able to demonstrate consistent and significant contribution in previous channel sales roles Ideally have worked for another IP/AV technology vendor selling to channel partners Have a strong technical background Have a good understanding of IP products and Digital Signage Have experience of selling solutions into the venues - stadiums, hotels or transportation hub space Display entrepreneurial spirit, have a self-sufficient and engaging personality with excellent relationship skills and follow through. This position will suit a candidate who wishes to work from home, travel for Sales Meetings and events in the UK and internationally and is geographically based to travel to various stadiums and venues. Candidates from an IT/SMATV sales background with a strong understanding of AV/Convergence/ Multi-media technologies may also be considered. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or similar qualification Possess good references. Valid UK driving license and own car Understanding of the challenges and opportunities in sports, entertainment, accommodation and transportation sectors, particularly around enhancing people experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling way. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to grasp technical solutions and translate them into benefits for clients. Experience in selling digital products is a plus. Ability to build a strong network within the stadium, venue, accommodation and transport hub sectors.
