What will the Finance Manager role involve?
Lead and develop a team of five finance professionals, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management.
Manage the end-to-end payroll process.
Oversee Sales & Purchase Ledger, Credit Control, and Finance Administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Support the Finance Director with management accounts preparation, cash flow forecasting, and process improvements.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager role:
Proven experience in a finance leadership role, managing teams and financial operations.
Strong technical accounting skills, including payroll, and credit control.
