Proactive Personnel are currently searching for a Sales Support Coordinator for an international manufacturing company working in the food and beverage industry. This is a permanent full time position, our client is one of the largest manufacturers of fragrances, food colouring and flavourings working with some of the world’s biggest brands.
Main purpose:
Provide accurate and on-time administrative service and support for customers, account managers and the wider commercial team to consistently deliver a superior customer experience.
Main responsibilities or the sales support coordinator:
1. Review & categorize customer emails prioritizing urgent enquiries.
2. Action general queries from both internal and external customers.
3. Work with local Customer Care teams to resolve order-related issues (Price/Inco)
4. Cultivate customer relationships within the key account managers’ responsibilities.
5. Work with the Sales Managers to support the resolution of customer queries.
6. General back up and business support of Key Account Manager(s).
7. Ensure an efficient service on all aspects of Customer Documentation, Questionnaires, Product Information Documents etc.
8. Support new account set up, including linking products into the relevant system.
9. Support adhoc and annual pricing process
10. Manage Sample requests process ensuring account manager is aware of customer request.
