As part of our People team, you’ll work in partnership with the business to provide human resources and organisational development services. You’ll help deliver key business projects, and support the delivery of our corporate objectives.

What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting line managers to oversee and progress employee relations casework.
• Assisting in the development, maintenance, and implementation of HR policies.
• Coaching, supporting, mentoring, and challenging managers in the application of HR policies and practices.
• Supporting managers with change projects such as TUPE, structural reorganisations, and staffing changes.
• Promoting best practice in all aspects of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
• Undertaking and being responsible for key projects relating to best practice, value for money, and efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
• Ability to attend our Ellesmere Port offices when required, and the Salford head office on occasion for team meetings or events.
• CIPD level 7 qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role, providing HR support to senior managers.
