About the Role The successful candidate will: Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with additional learning needs. Assist teachers in the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons, ensuring all students can access the curriculum. Work closely with the SEN team to implement personalised learning plans and strategies. Support students in building confidence, independence, and key skills for success in school and beyond. Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging all students to participate fully in school life. Ideal Candidate The school is looking for someone who: Is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Is proactive, patient, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and develop professionally. Previous experience as an LSA or in a similar role is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
