Experienced Senior CM required to work for a leading fitout contractor on large projects within the West End / City. The experienced candidate will be used to working on projects of values £10m plus and used to be taking control of various packages, which could be say a reception and ground floor area, or a number of floors of the office fit-out out. The experienced candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, and working to tight deadlines and having full control of there areas. All usual CM duties apply. My have uptodate CERTS including SMSTS
