We have an opportunity for a Digital MEP Lead to join our multi-disciplinary team within Cardiff.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
* Leading Building Safety Act implementation for Hydrock in Wales (includes IM services but secondary to BSA services)
* Assisting in project delivery of MEP information models (both deliverables and data requirements) - specifically where requirements are stringent and will become more stringent (MOJ/MOD/DfE)
* Developing MEP 'competency' - both for Higher Risk Building work and non Higher Risk Building work (PQQs/competency declarations/training)
* Assisting in the MEP integration of Hydrock into Stantec - particularly around 'digital' (UK/Global)
* Improving on the efficiency of model delivery through templates/process improvement
* Short term help with MEP BIM Management roles across offices lacking this role at present
* Assist with recruitment/interviews etc for potential BIM staff
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* Over 10 years' experience of working in multi-discipline projects as an information manager.
* Extensive understanding of Buildings Safety Act and the Digital Golden Thread.
* Extensive experience in the implantation the digital information management software.
