Leading the way in interior fit out on prestigious projects across Belfast and offering construction services such as suspended ceilings, wall partitions, raised access flooring and altro whiterock wall cladding, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a new exciting large scale fit out project in Belfast City Centre.
Your new role
You will be joining an experienced and specialist team with the opportunity to work on some fantastic local projects. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring that all health & safety is followed, and that work is completed to the highest standard possible. The initial project will be based in Belfast City Centre and the responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to, the following:
* Manage all materials and resources throughout.
* Ensure that work is being completed within the set timeframe and within budget.
* Communicate with your team, senior management and the client to update on all progress throughout the project.
* Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the project and specific stages within it.
* Conduct weekly / daily site meetings when required to keep all progress on track & up to date with all involved.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have been involved in similar projects involving large scale fit outs and working within a team to achieve the best possible results. You will need to be an excellent communicator to be able to update senior management and the client on project progress as well as communicating with your team to achieve the desired results. You will be expected to work on your own initiative while completing projects to the highest standards and adhering to all health and safety throughout. It is preferred that you will have a background in joinery and hold the relevant tickets associated with a large-scale on-site project.
